You have questions, and we at Treasure Chest Management have answers. See below for FAQ.

Virtual Assisting

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What are your business hours?

    By Appointment Only.

  • What is a Virtual Assistant?

An independent contractor, a virtual assistant (VA), assists you with the administrative and technological aspects of your business or personal life. On a contractual basis, a VA works remotely for you or your company.

  • When is it time to hire a VA?

Modern VAs can save time finding and managing new staff, improve client satisfaction, promote productivity, and improve your professional standing.

  • Why should I hire a VA?

Some business owners delegate because they are swamped and must spread the workload. You might find delegating beneficial because you can spend time on other aspects of your business. For example, you might have time to do administrative tasks, but is it the best use of your time? You might earn higher revenue if you delegated that work and spent the time performing more billable work.

  • How would I be billed?

TCM offers plans for client use, and each plan defines the service offered, and billing terms are monthly. We will work with you to determine which plan suits your budget and needs.

  • I am not located in the US. Can you still help me?

We can, yes! We offer services all over the world. We have serviced numerous nations where we have clients.

Notary Public

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is a Notary Public?

A Notary Public is a trustworthy representative of the state government appointed by the secretary of state to assist the public in several formal fraud-deterrent activities relating to signing significant documents. Notarizations, also known as notarial acts, are these official actions. Publicly appointed "ministerial" officials, such as notaries, must adhere to established rules without using much personal judgment, as would be the case with a "judicial" official.

  • What is RON?

RON is a Remote Online Notary. In remote notarization, a signer appears in front of the Notary using audio-visual technology over the internet rather than being physically present in the same room at the time of the notarization. Webcam notarization online or virtual notarization are all terms that describe remote online notarization.

  • Since Treasure Chest Management is Virtual, can we conduct Remote Online Notary from anywhere?

We can only perform a RON while physically located in Texas, where we hold our commission. We may not perform a RON while out of the state where we were commissioned. If we are not located in Texas when we need notarization, we will need to reschedule for when we are back in Texas or refer to another notary.

  • What system does TCM use to conduct a RON?

OneNotary & Notorize we use to conduct RON. You can notarize any document your state allows online notarization using the OneNotary platform. The laws governing notarization vary by state. You can sign it on OneNotary if performing remote notary service on it is legal in your state.

  • How do I schedule an invite?

Your email address will receive a calendar invite and a confirmation email. Please let us know if you need to postpone your appointment in the invitation. Prepare for the notarization session by reading the confirmation email and meeting the TCM notary online.

  • Document size max?

The document size should not exceed 25 MB.
